Open Strenos → Settings → Restore Purchases. You can also use the Restore button in the top-right corner of the paywall. Make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.
In Strenos: Settings → Manage Subscription. This opens Apple’s native subscription manager where you can cancel auto-renewal. The subscription stays active until the end of the current period after cancellation.
In your private iCloud database, encrypted by Apple. Strenos runs no servers and does not collect or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Tap Restore Purchases in Settings or on the paywall. If it still doesn’t appear, make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID used at the time of purchase, and that the device has internet access. Email us if the issue persists.
Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Strenos and make sure Heart Rate, Active Energy, and Workouts are enabled for both reading and writing.
Yes. Strenos works fully offline on a single device. Sign in with Apple is optional and only enables cross-device sync via iCloud.
In Strenos: Settings → Delete Account. This removes your local profile and clears your iCloud data. The action is permanent.
In Strenos: Settings → Backup. The app exports your full dataset as a JSON file you can save to Files, AirDrop, or email.
